Ina-Garten
Ina Garten has been an acclaimed American cook book author for a number of years. Ina is also the Emmy-winning host of Food Networks longest running show Barefoot Contessa, which started in 2002. Ina began working at the White House as a writer of nuclear energy policy documents and the budget. Ina initially enjoyed the intellectual challenge of her job, but eventually, she began to lose interest. Instead she bought Barefoot Contessa, a specialty food shop. It took her 18 years to turn the store into wildly successful, before she decided to sell the business. After that, she started writing one of her cookbooks. There were many more cookbooks and magazine columns that came later. Meanwhile, her Food Network television show too began its run and was a hit. In addition, she sells a variety of products ranging from cooking supplies to equipment and storage containers. Ina was never to any cooking institute and hasn't been employed in restaurants. Ina is completely self-taught. She is a simple cook and for her entertaining cooking style. The most well-known recipes are Skillet with Roasted lemon Chicken Mac and cheese Beef bourguignon, Mac and cheese, Beatty's Chocolate Cake, and Lemon Bars.
