Tina and Amanda
Tina Louise has been a writer, singer, and actress in the US for the past 40 years. Her most well-known role is for her role as Ginger Grant (in the 60s television show Gilligan's Island). Her stage work began in the 1950s with Two's Company, a Bettle-Davis musical. After that, she performed in several Broadway productions before she became a star on national stage together with Li'l Abner, in the year 1957. She released her album It's Too Late for Tina in the in the same year. Louise first appeared in Hollywood in the role of Griselda Walden, in God's Big Acre, a film from 1957 that was a dramatic. The film was hugely popular and Louise even won the Golden Globe Award at the New Star of the Award category. When she was in New York, Louise enrolled at Actors Studio and began her relationships to Lee Strasberg. Another notable character she portrayed as Ginger Grant, which CBS signed her up for in 1964. Louise kept juggling her acting career between Broadway television and Hollywood playing more serious roles, as opposed to her perception of herself as a glamorous woman. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. The SG-1 series and Sanctuary, although she was an accomplished television director on various series like Supernatural as well as The 100. She was born in Essex on August 28, 1965. Her family relocated to Toronto at the age of three which is where she spent the rest of in the adolescent years and childhood. When she was chosen to play the role of Samantha Carter, she moved to Vancouver in 1997. She has lived there since.
